A crane lifting system with a kinetic energy recovery function comprises a bottom plate installed on the top of a crane cart, a winding drum, a motor, a kinetic energy recovery mechanism, a controller and a self-cleaning mechanism, the winding drum, the motor, the kinetic energy recovery mechanism, the controller and the self-cleaning mechanism are arranged on the bottom plate, a rotating shaft at the head end of the winding drum is provided with the motor used for driving the winding drum to rotate, and a steel wire rope is wound on the roller surface of the winding drum. A penetrating hole for a steel wire rope to pass through is formed in the corresponding bottom plate below the winding drum; a rotating shaft at the tail end of the winding drum is provided with a kinetic energy recovery mechanism capable of charging when the lifting hook ascends or descends in a no-load manner and discharging to the motor when the lifting hook ascends or descends in a full-load manner; a self-cleaning mechanism is arranged on the winding drum and can clean the roller surface of the winding drum and a steel wire rope at regular time, and the controller is responsible for controlling the operation of the crane body and the motor, judging the starting and closing time of the kinetic energy recycling mechanism and the self-cleaning mechanism and controlling the corresponding mechanisms to work at proper time. The system can reduce the energy consumption of the crane and ensure the stability of the steel wire rope.
