The invention relates to the technical field of lifting appliances, and discloses a bridge crane lifting appliance with a buffering function and a using method thereof.The bridge crane lifting appliance comprises a lifting appliance support and a twist lock, the twist lock comprises a shell, a cavity is formed in the shell, a mounting table part is arranged in the cavity, motor mounting frames are arranged in the cavity, a motor is arranged between the motor mounting frames, and a spring bolt is arranged on an output shaft of the motor; mounting boxes are arranged on opposite side walls of the shell; a buffering mechanism is further arranged in the cavity, an adjusting assembly used for driving the corresponding mounting box to rotate is arranged in the cavity, a buffering assembly is arranged on the adjusting assembly, a scraping and sweeping assembly is arranged on the lower side face of the mounting box, and the buffering assembly is used for driving the scraping and sweeping assembly to scrape and sweep the lower side wall of the mounting box when buffering the motor mounting frame. Through the buffering mechanism and the buffering assembly, the motor installation frame installed in the cavity is buffered, and the situation that when the bridge crane lifting appliance descends to place a container, a spring bolt is subjected to impact force due to descending of the bridge crane lifting appliance, and then a motor is damaged is well avoided.

    本发明涉及吊具技术领域,公开了一种具备缓冲功能的桥吊吊具及其使用方法,包括吊具支架以及扭锁,扭锁包括壳体,壳体内设有空腔,空腔内设置有安装台部,空腔内设有电机安装架,电机安装架间设有电机,电机的输出轴上设有锁舌,壳体相对的侧壁上设有安装盒;空腔内还设有缓冲机构,空腔内设有用于驱动对应安装盒旋转的调节组件,调节组件上设有缓冲组件,安装盒的下侧面处设有刮扫组件,缓冲组件对电机安装架进行缓冲时用于驱动刮扫组件对安装盒的下侧壁进行刮扫。通过缓冲机构以及缓冲组件,使得安装于空腔内的电机安装架得到缓冲,较佳地避免该桥吊吊具下降对集装箱进行放置时,因桥吊吊具的下降使锁舌受到冲击力,进而造成电机的损坏。
