The invention discloses a method for identifying thermal runaway of a lithium battery in a charging process. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring whole vehicle operation monitoring data of a battery pack in an evaluated time period in a big data platform; s2, sorting data contents according to vehicle numbers and monitoring time; s3, vehicle charging and discharging state judgment is carried out; s4, judging the voltage change value of each module in the charging process; s5, judging the temperature rise rate in the charging process; s6, judging data acquisition abnormity in the charging process; s7, judging the continuity of the module voltage in the charging process; s8, the maximum voltage difference of the battery pack in the charging process is judged; and S9, if the conditions are met at the same time, indicating that the battery pack has a thermal runaway risk caused by short circuit in the module. Through the method provided by the invention, the internal short-circuit fault in the charging process can be identified in time, effective risk early warning can be given out in time, and a thermal runaway event is avoided.
本发明公开了一种识别锂电池充电过程热失控的方法。步骤包括:S1、在大数据平台中获取电池包在被评估时间段内的整车运行监控数据;S2、数据内容以车辆编号和监控时间进行排序;S3、进行车辆充放电状态判断;S4、充电过程各模块电压变化值判断;S5、充电过程温升速率判断;S6、充电过程数据采集异常判断;S7、充电过程模块电压持续性判断;S8、充电过程电池包最大电压差判断;S9,同时满足以上条件则说明电池包存在因模块内短路引起的热失控风险。通过本发明提供的方法,可以及时识别出充电过程内部短路故障,及时发出有效的风险预警,规避热失控事件发生。
