The invention discloses an aluminum alloy wheel and a production device thereof.The aluminum alloy wheel comprises a rim and a spoke assembly, and an outer rim, a bead seat and an inner rim are sequentially arranged on the surface of the rim; a valve mounting hole is formed in the inner wall of one end, close to the outer flange, of the rim; the spoke assembly comprises a circular mounting seat and multiple groups of spokes, a center hole is formed in the center of the surface of the circular mounting seat, bolt holes are formed in the surface of the circular mounting seat, the multiple groups of spokes are respectively arranged in one end of the rim, and kidney-shaped lightening holes are respectively formed in the surfaces of the multiple groups of spokes; and a fan-shaped groove is formed by two adjacent groups of spokes, the surface of the circular mounting seat and the inner wall of the rim. Therefore, the wheel adopts a forging integrated forming technology, compared with a traditional casting method, the forging operation is simpler and more convenient, the structural strength is higher, meanwhile, the number of spokes adopted in the design is smaller, the production and machining flow is simplified, the working efficiency is improved, sufficient space is reserved for disassembling the inflating valve, and the using process is more convenient and faster.

    本申请公开了一种铝合金车轮及其生产装置,包括轮辋和轮辐组件,其中,轮辋表面依次设置有外轮缘、胎圈座和内轮缘;轮辋靠近外轮缘的一端内壁开设有气门安装孔;轮辐组件包括圆形安装座和多组辐条,其中,圆形安装座表面中心处开设有中心孔,圆形安装座表面开设有螺栓孔,多组辐条分别设置在轮辋一端内部,多组辐条表面分别开设有腰形减重孔;相邻两组辐条与圆形安装座表面和与轮辋内壁之间的空间形成扇形槽。由此,本车轮采用锻造一体成型技术,相较于传统铸造方法,锻造操作更为简便,结构强度更高,同时,设计中所采用的辐条数量较少,不仅简化了生产加工流程,提高了工作效率,还为气门嘴的拆卸预留了充足的空间,使得使用过程更加便捷。
