PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength, light weight and toughness of an aluminum wheel and besides to enhance productivity thereof.SOLUTION: A die casting is conducted by using aluminum alloy containing 5 to 12 mass% of Si, 0.2 to 0.5 mass% of Mg, 0.16 to 0.8 mass% of Fe, 0.3 to 0.5 mass% of Mn, 0.5 mass% or less of Cu, 2 mass% or less of Zn and 0.03 to 0.2 mass% of Ti (S1). A semi-product after the die casting is cooled to 350°C or less in a mold (S2). The semi-product is taken out from the mold (S3) and subjected to a water cooling (S4). The semi-product is held in the range of 5 to 70°C for 3 hours or more (S5). A heating treatment in the range of 140 to 220°C for 0.5 hours or more and less than 2 hours is conducted on the semi-product (S6).
【課題】アルミホイールの強度、軽量性及び靱性を確保しつつ生産性を高めることが可能である。【解決手段】5〜12質量%のSi、0.2〜0.5質量%のMg、0.16〜0.8質量%のFe、0.3〜0.5質量%のMn、0.5質量%以下のCu、2質量%以下のZn、及び、0.03〜0.2質量%のTiを含むアルミニウム合金を用いてダイカスト鋳造を行う(S1)。ダイカスト鋳造後の半製品を金型内で350℃以下まで冷却する(S2)。半製品を金型から取り出し(S3)、水冷却を行う(S4)。5〜70℃の範囲内で半製品を3時間以上保持する(S5)。140〜220℃の範囲内で0.5時間以上且つ2時間未満の加熱処理を半製品に施す(S5)。【選択図】図3
