The invention discloses mobile vehicle-road cooperation roadside equipment and a scheduling method thereof. The scheduling method comprises the steps that an unmanned aerial vehicle sends traffic flow information and self state information to a scheduling cloud platform; the scheduling cloud platform periodically receives the state information and the traffic flow information of all the unmanned aerial vehicles, records the current moment and generates an unmanned aerial vehicle information total set; a task scheduling instruction is generated according to the intersection position and the traffic flow information of the corresponding intersection, the unmanned aerial vehicle executing the task is obtained through screening according to the unmanned aerial vehicle information total set, and the scheduling instruction is issued to the corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle, so that the corresponding unmanned aerial vehicle moves to the task position and performs information interaction with the vehicle in the communication coverage range. According to the invention, the unmanned aerial vehicle is temporarily used as a roadside intelligent infrastructure of a crossroad without traffic lights, and the vehicle-road cooperation roadside intelligent system is more conveniently and efficiently improved with low cost through the control of the scheduling cloud platform.

    本发明公开了一种移动式车路协同路侧设备及其调度方法,包括无人机将交通流量信息和自身状态信息发送至调度云平台;调度云平台周期性接收所有无人机的状态信息和交通流量信息,记录当前时刻并生成无人机信息总集;根据路口位置及对应路口的交通流量信息生成任务的调度指令,根据无人机信息总集筛选得到执行任务的无人机,向对应的无人机下达调度指令,使得对应的无人机移动到任务位置并与其通信覆盖范围内的车辆进行信息交互。本发明通过无人机临时充当没有交通信号灯的十字路口的路侧智能基础设施,通过调度云平台的控制更便捷、高效和低成本地完善车路协同路侧智能系统。
