The invention provides an elevator system, a cooperation device, a cooperation method, and a cooperation program. The false alarm that a user is trapped when no user is in an elevator car is suppressed. A gateway device (3), which enables an elevator device (1) and an autonomous moving body (2) to cooperate, has a registration unit (33) and a determination unit (34). A registration unit (33) requests an elevator device (1) to register a call of an autonomous moving body (2). The determination unit (34) determines the possibility of a false alarm that a user is trapped in the car (14) on the basis of the operating state of the car (14). The operation state of the car (14) includes the registration state of the call requested by the registration unit (33). When the call registered in the car (14) for the destination floor is only the call of the autonomous mobile body (2) for the destination floor, the determination unit determines that there is a possibility of a false alarm that a user is trapped when the full closing of the door (141) of the car continues to exceed a first threshold value after the registration of the call has been cancelled.
