The invention relates to an elevator system, a cooperation device, a cooperation method, and a cooperation program, which can reduce the electric load in an elevator cooperating with a moving body. The elevator system (1) is provided with a cooperation device (5) which, for each attribute preset for each block, adds up the load of the car (12) measured by the weighing device (18) during the period of each block. Each of the blocks is obtained by dividing time in advance. The object block is a current or subsequent block among the plurality of blocks. The difference between the loading load of the car (12) and the loading load of the car (12) when the car (12) and the counterweight (13) are in a balanced state is calculated for the target blocks, said loading load being obtained by summing up the attributes of the target blocks. On the basis of the calculated difference and the weight of each moving body (19), a target moving body is selected from among the moving bodies (19). An operation request is output to the elevator (3) so that the object moving body can be operated in and out of the car (12).
