The invention relates to the technical field of ship building, in particular to a double-layer bilge construction auxiliary device and a using method thereof.The double-layer bilge construction auxiliary device comprises a supporting frame and a manned platform, and one end of the supporting frame is arranged in a first manhole in a first wall plate of a functional cabin in a penetrating mode and detachably connected with the first wall plate; the other end of the supporting frame is arranged in a second manhole of a second wall plate of the functional cabin in a penetrating mode and detachably connected with the second wall plate, the manned platform on the supporting frame is used for bearing a human body, the manned platform can move to the second manhole from the first manhole in the manned state, and due to the fact that the first manhole and the second manhole are both located in the middle of the functional cabin, the manned platform can move to the second manhole from the first manhole. A worker can weld the inner bottom plate on the manned platform, and the worker does not need to stand on a stool for operation and does not need to go down from the stool for multiple times and move the stool, so that the construction efficiency is improved.
