The invention provides a bilge section construction method, which comprises the following steps of: 1, sequentially assembling a frame assembly, a horizontal truss assembly and an inner bottom assembly to form an inclined inner shell middle assembly by taking an inclined inner shell plate as a base plane as an auxiliary tire; secondly, after the outer bottom plate small assemblage is assembled and welded to a main tire and the inclined inner shell middle assemblage is assembled and welded, the inclined inner shell middle assemblage is turned over to be positioned on the main tire, and welding is conducted; according to the method, overhead welding of the inclined inner shell, an upper rib of the inclined inner shell and a frame is changed into tire upper flat welding, overhead welding of the inner shell and a fillet weld on the lower side of a horizontal girder is changed into horizontal welding, and the welding quality is guaranteed; precision control over segmented construction is facilitated, three-center alignment can be adjusted on the inner shell tire, and the assembling construction difficulty is lowered.

    本发明提供一种舭部分段建造法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,以斜内壳板为基面作为副胎,依次装配框架组立、水平桁组立、内底组立形成斜内壳中组立;步骤二,以外底板小组立为主胎,斜内壳中组立装焊完成后,翻身在主胎上定位,并进行焊接;该方法,将斜内壳及其上筋与框架的仰焊变为胎上平焊,将内壳与水平桁下侧角焊缝的仰焊变为横焊,保证了焊接质量;有利于分段建造精度控制,三心对位可以在内壳胎上进行调整,降低装配施工难度。
