The invention relates to the field of lifting, in particular to a passive gravity lifting appliance which comprises a lifting rope mechanism, a frame mechanism, a connecting rod mechanism and a spin lock mechanism. The spin lock mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a lock head and a rotating plate; the link mechanism comprises a longitudinal link, a swing rod, a transverse link, a steering plate and a hanging ring; the transverse connecting rod is rotationally connected to the frame mechanism; at least one end of the transverse connecting rod is connected with at least one longitudinal connecting rod through a swing rod, and the other end of the longitudinal connecting rod is hinged to the rotating plate. The steering plate is connected with the transverse connecting rod and provided with a sliding groove. The hanging ring is slidably connected into the sliding groove. When the square box is hoisted, locking and separation of the lock head in the spin lock mechanism and the upper corner fitting of the square box can be achieved only by sliding the hoisting ring back and forth in the sliding groove of the steering plate according to the gravity of the hoisting ring, direct manual participation is not needed in the whole process, the hoisting efficiency is improved, meanwhile, manual contact with radiation substances is avoided, and manual safety is protected.

    本发明涉及吊装领域,具体涉及到一种非能动重力吊具,包括吊绳机构、框架机构、连杆机构和转锁机构;转锁机构包括转动轴、锁头和转动板;连杆机构包括纵向连杆、摆杆、横向连杆、转向板和吊环;横向连杆转动连接于框架机构上;横向连杆的至少一端通过摆杆连接有至少一个纵向连杆,纵向连杆的另一端与转动板相铰接;转向板与横向连杆相连接且具有滑槽;吊环滑动连接于该滑槽内。本发明在吊装方箱时,转锁机构中的锁头与方箱上角件的锁固及脱离仅依靠吊环在转向板的滑槽内依自身重力前后滑动即可实现,整个过程不必再有人工直接参与,在提高吊装效率的同时也避免了人工接触到辐射物质,保护了人工安全。
