The buffering mechanism is used for buffering when the jumping main body falls to the ground; the buffer mechanism comprises a buffer leg, a connecting component and a supporting component; the lower end of the connecting component is rotationally connected with the buffer leg in the front-back direction, and the upper end of the connecting component is rotationally connected with the jumping main body in the front-back direction; the lower end of the supporting component is arranged on the jumping body, and the upper end of the supporting component is rotationally connected with the connecting component so as to form follow-up supporting on the connecting component. Wherein the jumping main body is provided with an elastic part corresponding to the connecting component; in the landing process of the jumping main body, the connecting component can extrude the elastic part and is forced to rotate, so that the buffer leg is allowed to firstly make contact with the ground and can be lifted relative to the jumping main body, and landing buffering of the jumping main body is achieved.
