The invention discloses an electric automobile heat pump air conditioning system which comprises a heat transfer medium with GWP less than 150, a plastic part, a sealing part and a metal part which are in contact with the heat transfer medium, and lubricating oil which is compatible with the heat transfer medium under the oil content of 5-60%, and particularly, the heat transfer medium comprises hexafluoropropylene serving as a first component, trifluoroethylene serving as a second component, and an additive, the third component is at least one of fluoropropene, difluoropropene and difluoromethane; the first component accounts for 30-50% of the total mass of the heat transfer medium, the second component accounts for 30-50% of the total mass of the heat transfer medium, and the third component accounts for 10-30% of the total mass of the heat transfer medium. The heat transfer medium can replace R410A to be used for an electric automobile heat pump air-conditioning system originally using the R410A, parts of the heat pump air-conditioning system do not need to be replaced, meanwhile, the environment performance is far better than that of the R410A, the cycle performance is equivalent to that of the R410A, and the heat transfer medium is far better than R134a and R1234yf which are widely used for commercial electric automobile heat pump air-conditioning systems.
