The invention discloses a shaft end power generation device for a railway vehicle, which is arranged at the end part of a railway vehicle axle and comprises a rotor part, a stator part and a shell machine cover part, and a shaft end power generator is connected with a vehicle system through a cable and a signal acquisition line and performs electric energy transmission with the vehicle system; the PCB laminated winding stator is installed in the middle of the bilateral permanent magnet rotors, the outer edge is clamped and positioned through the motor shell, the integrated power electronic component is installed on the winding PCB, and the permanent magnet rotors are magnetized in the axial direction and evenly distributed in the rotor yoke iron with grooves in the circumferential direction; the rotor yoke is provided with a rotor flat key groove and connected with an axle flat key groove through a flat key, and the rotor connecting piece is mechanically connected with the permanent magnet rotor yoke on the two sides and fixed to the end of an axle through a fastening bolt. The axle box outer cover is connected with the axle box through bolts to realize motor positioning. The power generation device is high in integration level, small in occupied space and high in power generation efficiency, and the adaptability of the shaft end power generator to the high-impact vibration environment of the railway freight vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种铁路车辆用轴端发电装置,安装在铁路车辆轮轴端部,包括转子部分、定子部分和外壳机盖部分,轴端发电机通过电缆与信号采集线与车辆系统进行连接与电能传输;PCB层叠绕组定子安装于双边永磁体转子中间,通过电机外壳夹紧外边缘定位,集成电力电子元件安装在绕组PCB板,永磁体转子沿轴向充磁,并沿圆周方向均匀分布在开有凹槽的转子轭铁中;转子轭铁开有转子平键槽,与车轴平键槽通过平键连接,转子连接件与双侧永磁体转子轭铁机械连接,通过紧固螺栓与车轴端部固定。轴箱外盖通过螺栓与轴箱连接,实现电机定位。本发明发电装置集成度高、占用空间小、发电效率高,提高了轴端发电机对铁路货运车辆高冲击振动环境的适应能力。
