The invention relates to an accropode lifting appliance and a lifting method, the accropode lifting appliance comprises a loop bar, a plurality of sleeves and first connecting pieces, the sleeves are distributed in the length direction of the loop bar, each sleeve is provided with a clamping frame and a connecting part, and the connecting parts are located on the sides, back to the clamping frames, of the sleeves; second connecting pieces are arranged between the ends, away from the connecting parts, of the clamping frames and the first connecting pieces, and the two clamping frames at the two ends and the clamping frame in the middle are distributed on the two sides of the sleeve rod. The first connecting piece drives the sleeve rod and the sleeve to move upwards, the end, away from the sleeve rod, of the clamping frame rotates downwards to be buckled with the accropode block, the larger the weight of the accropode block is, the more stable the buckling is, and then the possibility that the accropode block overturns in the lifting and moving process is reduced; and the possibility that unbinding is difficult after hoisting is completed is reduced, and then the possibility that the hoisting efficiency of the accropode is low is reduced.
