The invention discloses an aerial in-situ underpinning platform structure of a super high-rise construction elevator and a construction method of the aerial in-situ underpinning platform structure. The aerial in-situ underpinning platform structure comprises an aerial foundation platform, a standard knot stress conversion mechanism, a lower hanging scaffold platform and a pressure slow release mechanism. The construction method comprises the steps that an air foundation platform is arranged on a core tube wall of a construction elevator hole, a standard knot stress conversion mechanism and a lower hanging scaffold platform are constructed on the air foundation platform, and a pressure slow release mechanism is constructed on a lower standard knot; after upward thrust is applied to the foundation beam through a vertical oil cylinder of the pressure slow-release mechanism, part of the lower standard knots are removed, the vertical oil cylinder retracts to slowly apply the weight of the remaining standard knots to the foundation beam of the aerial foundation platform, and the pressure slow-release mechanism and the remaining lower standard knots are removed. And a third supporting beam is arranged below the upper standard knot to transfer the weight of the upper standard knot to the aerial foundation platform, and the lower hanging scaffold platform is dismounted. The installation efficiency can be improved, and the construction period can be shortened.
