The invention discloses an electric vehicle high-voltage system insulation fault positioning method and device and an electric vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The insulation fault positioning method for the high-voltage system of the electric automobile is executed by a signal processing module arranged in the electric automobile, and a detection power supply module and at least one signal acquisition module are further arranged in the electric automobile. The method comprises the following steps: controlling the detection power supply module to apply detection voltage to the high-voltage system; controlling the signal acquisition module to acquire magnetic field information in the electric vehicle as fault magnetic field information under the condition that the high-voltage system receives the detection voltage; and according to the fault magnetic field information acquired by the at least one signal acquisition module and the corresponding relation between the magnetic field distribution and the fault position, the insulation fault position of the high-voltage system of the electric vehicle is determined. According to the embodiment of the invention, the insulation fault position of the high-voltage system of the electric vehicle can be quickly determined based on a non-contact insulation detection positioning scheme, and the troubleshooting efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车高压系统绝缘故障定位方法及装置、电动汽车,属于车辆技术领域。电动汽车高压系统绝缘故障定位方法由设置于电动汽车内的信号处理模块执行,电动汽车内还设置有检测电源模块和至少一个信号采集模块。该方法包括:控制所述检测电源模块向高压系统施加检测电压;控制所述信号采集模块在所述高压系统接收所述检测电压的条件下采集所述电动汽车内的磁场信息作为故障磁场信息;根据至少一个所述信号采集模块采集的故障磁场信息,以及磁场分布与故障位置的对应关系,确定电动汽车高压系统的绝缘故障位置。本发明实施例可以基于无接触的绝缘检测定位方案,快速确定电动汽车高压系统的绝缘故障位置,提高故障排查效率。
