The invention provides an electric vehicle insulation fault detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an operation mode of a target vehicle after detecting that the target vehicle has an insulation fault; in response to the operation mode of the target vehicle being a lower high-voltage mode, determining that an insulation fault occurrence position is in the battery pack; or, in response to the operation mode of the target vehicle being the upper high-voltage mode, if the insulation fault of the target vehicle continuously exists after the operation mode of the target vehicle is converted into the lower high-voltage mode, it is judged that the occurrence position of the insulation fault is in the battery pack; if the insulation fault of the target vehicle is eliminated, it is judged that the insulation fault occurrence position is the whole vehicle end high-voltage component. By using the method, the position of the insulation fault of the target vehicle can be judged based on the operation mode of the target vehicle under the condition of not influencing the whole vehicle operation, the troubleshooting range of the insulation fault of the electric vehicle is effectively reduced, the detection efficiency of the insulation fault is improved, and the complexity of the insulation fault detection process is reduced.

    本发明提供一种电动汽车绝缘故障检测方法以及装置,该方法包括:在检测到目标车辆发生绝缘故障后,获取目标车辆的运行模式;响应于目标车辆的运行模式为下高压模式,判定绝缘故障发生位置为电池包内;或者,响应于目标车辆的运行模式为上高压模式,在目标车辆的运行模式转变为下高压模式之后,若目标车辆的绝缘故障持续存在,则判定绝缘故障发生位置为电池包内;若目标车辆的绝缘故障消除,则判定绝缘故障发生位置为整车端高压部件。通过使用该方法,可在不影响车辆整车运行的条件下,即可基于目标车辆的运行模式判断目标车辆发生绝缘故障的位置,有效缩小电动汽车绝缘故障的排查范围,提升绝缘故障的检测效率,降低绝缘故障检测过程的复杂度。
