The invention discloses a liquid supplementing structure of a whole vehicle thermal management system, which comprises a liquid supplementing port shared by water pumps of all systems in the whole vehicle thermal management system, an inlet of the liquid supplementing port is communicated with an expansion water tank, and the liquid supplementing port internally comprises at least two mutually independent flow channels; an outlet of each flow channel is communicated with a water pump inlet of each system through a branch pipe. Thus, all systems (a power battery system, a motor electric control system and a passenger compartment temperature control system) in the whole vehicle thermal management system share one liquid supplementing port, and at least two mutually independent flow channels are arranged in the liquid supplementing port, so that it is guaranteed that cavitation is avoided when liquid is supplemented in time by all water pumps, and meanwhile liquid mixing is avoided between all the systems; therefore, the multiple systems share one liquid supplementing opening, only one hose needs to be connected between the expansion box and the liquid supplementing opening, the number of the liquid supplementing openings can be reduced, the product weight can be reduced, the product variety can be reduced, meanwhile, the product assembling procedure can be reduced, and the whole vehicle cost can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种整车热管理系统的补液结构,包括用于供整车热管理系统内的各个系统的水泵共用的补液口,补液口的进口与膨胀水箱连通,补液口内部包括至少两个相互独立的流道,各个流道的出口分别通过支管与各个系统的水泵入口连通。如此,整车热管理系统内的各个系统(动力电池系统、电机电控系统、乘员舱温控系统)共用一个补液口,同时补液口内部包括至少两个相互独立的流道,以保证各个水泵及时补液不发生汽蚀,同时各个系统之间流量不会串液,从而保证各个系统的温控管理,如此多个系统共用一个补液口,只需要从膨胀箱和补液口之间连接一根软管即可,可减少补液口数量,减轻产品重量,减少产品种类,同时减少产品装配工序,降低整车成本。
