The invention discloses a power system unmanned line patrol device and method based on a high-throughput satellite. The device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle patrol terminal, a high-throughput satellite system and a ground processing terminal. The unmanned aerial vehicle inspection terminal obtains an inspection instruction by using an onboard high-throughput satellite communication terminal; according to the inspection instruction, an image information acquisition module acquires field image information of the power system; an image recognition algorithm embedded in the control processing module is used for comparing and recognizing the field image information and preset standard image information, and when the equipment is damaged, the field image information is forwarded to a ground processing terminal through a high-throughput satellite system; processing the field image information received by the high-throughput satellite communication ground terminal to obtain a fault report; therefore, the information transmission speed is improved by utilizing the high-throughput satellite, the real-time performance of state monitoring of the power system is improved, the comprehensive maintenance efficiency is improved, the safety risk is reduced, and the enterprise maintenance cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种基于高通量卫星的电力系统无人巡线装置及方法,所述装置包括无人机巡检终端、高通量卫星系统和地面处理终端;无人机巡检终端利用机上高通量卫星通信终端获取巡检指令;根据所述巡检指令,图像信息采集模块采集电力系统的现场图像信息;控制处理模块内嵌的图像识别算法,对所述现场图像信息与预设的标准图像信息进行对比识别处理,当发现设备受损时,将所述现场图像信息利用高通量卫星系统转发至地面处理终端,对高通量卫星通信地面终端接收的所述现场图像信息进行处理,得到故障报告;可见,本发明利用高通量卫星提高了信息传输速度,提升了电力系统状态监控的实时性,提升综合维护效率,减少安全风险,节省企业维护成本。
