The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, in particular to hoisting equipment for a multi-hoisting-point prefabricated part and a hoisting method of the hoisting equipment. The hoisting equipment comprises a bearing supporting plate, an image obtaining device, a controller and at least three hoisting assemblies. The lifting assembly is rotationally connected with the bearing supporting plate, a rotation driving mechanism is arranged between the lifting assembly and the bearing supporting plate, the rotation driving mechanism is selectively in transmission connection with the lifting assembly through a driving selection assembly, the lifting assembly is provided with a telescopic suspension arm, and a winch is further arranged on the lifting assembly; the image acquisition device is mounted on the telescopic suspension arm; and the controller is connected with the rotary driving mechanism, the telescopic suspension arm and the image acquisition device. According to the device, the calculation process of a lifting belt in the lifting process can be omitted, the use convenience is high, the overall weight and the occupied space of the device are small, and the device is suitable for the unloading occasion of prefabricated floor slabs.
