The invention relates to the technical field of prefabricated part hoisting, in particular to a hoisting device for a prefabricated stair and a hoisting method of the hoisting device. Wherein the hoisting device comprises a traction mechanism, a bearing column, a driving mechanism, a guide top plate and a hoisting claw; the axial end of the bearing column is connected with a traction rope of the traction mechanism so as to be driven by the traction rope to ascend and descend in the working state. The driving mechanism is arranged on the bearing column; the at least three guide top plates are movably connected with the bearing column and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the bearing column, and each guide top plate is in transmission fit with the driving mechanism so as to be in rolling contact with the inner wall of the hoisting hole in the radial direction of the bearing column; the lifting claw is movably connected with the bearing column and is in transmission fit with the driving mechanism so as to expand in the radial direction of the bearing column, and after the lifting claw is expanded, when the bearing column ascends and descends, the lifting claw can be hooked to the prefabricated stair. According to the hoisting device, manual participation in the hoisting process can be reduced, and the safety risk of workers can be reduced.

    本申请涉及预制构件吊装技术领域,具体涉及一种用于预制楼梯的吊装装置及其吊装方法。其中,吊装装置包括牵引机构、承载柱、驱动机构、导向顶板和吊爪;承载柱轴向一端与牵引机构的牵引绳连接以在工作状态下通过牵引绳的带动进行升降;驱动机构设置于承载柱上;至少三个导向顶板与承载柱活动连接且沿承载柱周向均布,每个导向顶板与驱动机构传动配合以沿承载柱的径向与吊装孔的内壁滚动接触;吊爪与承载柱活动连接并与驱动机构传动配合以沿承载柱的径向扩展,其中,吊爪扩展后,承载柱升降时,吊爪能够钩接于预制楼梯。本申请能够减少吊装过程中的人工参与,可以降低工作人员的安全风险。
