The invention discloses a hoisting construction method after temporary hanging of a high-temperature and ultrahigh-pressure boiler drum. A single crawler crane is adopted to hoist the drum on the outer side of a boiler, a temporary hanging beam is arranged close to the crawler crane, and a formal drum suspender beam is mounted away from the crawler crane. After the steam pocket is hoisted to the in-position elevation, the tower crane installs the temporary hanging beam in position, the upper portions of the temporary hanging beam and the formal suspender beam adopt two phi 47.5 steel wire ropes, the contact portions of the temporary hanging beam and the formal suspender beam and the steam pocket adopt two phi 34 steel wire ropes, and the upper portions of the temporary hanging beam and the formal suspender beam adopt four heads of the steel wire ropes on the hanging beam and four heads of the steel wire ropes on the steam pocket to be connected in series to form a rope to enable the steel wire ropes to be evenly stressed. And after temporary hanging is completed, a formal suspender beam is installed, and the steam pocket is finally in place through a crawler crane and a chain block. A buffer platform and a steel beam are not needed in a boiler furnace, and steam drum hoisting installation work can be carried out after the perpendicularity of each layer of steel frame is accepted and accepted; the step-by-step and segmented acceptance mode enables engineering technicians to better and more conveniently control various quality factors, and the construction process level is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高温超高压锅炉汽包临挂后吊装施工方法,在锅炉外侧采用履带吊单机吊装汽包,靠近履带吊位置布置临挂梁,远离履带吊位置安装汽包正式吊杆梁。汽包吊至就位标高后,塔吊将临挂梁安装就位,临挂梁及正式吊杆梁上部采用2根Φ47.5钢丝绳,与汽包接触部位采用2根Φ34钢丝绳,上部采用吊挂梁上钢丝绳四个头和汽包上带的钢丝绳四个头串接一起,形成一根绳使钢丝绳受力均匀。临挂完成后安装正式吊杆梁,通过履带吊与手拉葫芦完成汽包的最终就位。本发明在锅炉炉膛内无需缓平台及钢梁,各层钢架垂直度验收合格后方可开展汽包吊装的安装工作;分步、分段的验收模式使得工程技术人员可以更好、更方便地把控各项质量要素,提高了施工工艺水平。
