The invention discloses a vehicle function exit reason determination method and device, equipment, a medium and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the driving data of an intelligent driving vehicle under the condition of detecting that a target function exits; wherein the driving data comprises first driving data corresponding to the target function and second driving data of a function lower than the function level of the target function; wherein the target function comprises any one of the following functions: a self-adaptive cruise control function, a lane auxiliary function and automatic auxiliary navigation driving; and analyzing the driving data to obtain an exit reason of the target function. Therefore, the function state change reason of automatic driving can be analyzed quickly and accurately.
