The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, in particular to an uphill auxiliary function exit method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that the on-off state of an uphill auxiliary function of the vehicle is recognized; when it is recognized that the switch state is a closed state, it is judged that the uphill auxiliary function exits, and the hand brake state, the current gear and the actual gradient value of the vehicle are obtained; and according to the hand brake state, the current gear and/or the actual slope value, matching the hill-holding exit gradient of the vehicle, and controlling a driving motor of the vehicle to output torque according to the hill-holding exit gradient so as to maintain the vehicle in a preset stable state when the uphill auxiliary function exits. Therefore, the problems that when the uphill auxiliary function achieved in a motor stalling mode exits in the related technology, the torque of motor stalling suddenly disappears, the whole vehicle shakes and impacts, and the user experience is poor are solved.
