According to the invention, dealers and lease companies can remotely control the torque of a specific vehicle, and when the equipment is replaced, damaged or has a fault abnormity, the torque is forced to be executed, and the forced torque limitation is automatically and quickly released after the abnormity is recovered, so that the behavior of escaping remote control due to equipment failure caused by user violation is effectively restrained.
