The invention discloses low-rolling-resistance automobile tire tread rubber which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1-10% of an antioxidant, 1-10% of a lubricant and 1-10% of a lubricant. The rubber composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 4.0%-5.5% of natural rubber, 8%-10% of butadiene rubber BR9000, 30%-35% of butadiene styrene rubber, 30%-35% of white carbon black, 2%-3% of general furnace black N500, 0.8%-1.0% of an active agent ZnO, 0.3%-0.5% of an active agent SA, 3.0%-3.6% of an anti-aging agent, 1.2%-1.5% of a dispersing agent UF700S, 4%-5% of liquid rubber, 4%-5% of resin, 2.0%-3.0% of a silane coupling agent, 0.6%-1.0% of a vulcanizing agent S95N, 0.8%-1.0% of an accelerant NS and 0.6%-1.0% of an accelerant DPG, wherein the sum of the contents of all the components is 100%. The invention further provides a preparation method of the low-rolling-resistance automobile tire tread rubber, and by means of the mode, the low-rolling-resistance automobile tire tread rubber has low rolling resistance, good wet land holding force and excellent comfort and can meet the requirements of most customers.
