The electronic speed governor comprises a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotationally connected to a lift car (1), the lift car (1) converts linear movement of the lift car (1) into rotating movement of the rotating shaft through a transmission structure, when the lift car (1) moves up and down, the rotating shaft is driven to rotate, and the rotating speed of the rotating shaft is detected through a speed measuring sensor; the speed measurement sensor transmits a detected electronic signal to the speed governor controller, and the speed governor controller is provided with a speed set value; the speed measurement sensor compares a detected electronic signal with a speed set value of the speed governor controller, and the electromagnetic safety tongs are triggered to act once the detected electronic signal exceeds the set value, so that the lift car is braked. The electronic speed governor replaces a mechanical speed governor, the up-and-down lifting motion of the lift car is converted into rotation of the rotating shaft, whether the lift car is overspeed or not is determined through the rotating speed of the rotating shaft, power can be directly cut off after the lift car is overspeed, the lift car is stopped, the structure is more compact, and the occupied area is small.

    本发明公开了一种电梯的电子限速器,包括转轴,所述转轴转动连接在轿厢(1)上,所述轿厢(1)通过传动结构将轿厢(1)的直线移动转化为转轴的旋转运动,所述轿厢(1)上下移动时,带动转轴转动且利用测速传感器来检测转轴的转速,测速传感器将检测到的电子信号传输到限速器控制器,所述限速器控制器设定有速度设定值;测速传感器将检测到的电子信号与所述限速器控制器速度设定值进行比对,一旦超过设定值则触发电磁式安全钳动作,从而制动轿厢。该电子限速器替代机械限速器,将轿厢的上下升降运动转换为转轴的转动,再通过转轴的转速来确定轿厢是否超速,超速后可以直接断电而使轿厢制停,使结构更加紧凑、占用面积小。
