The invention discloses an electronic speed governor of an elevator. The electronic speed governor comprises a rack (1), a rope wheel (2), a first disc (3) and a control panel (8). The electronic speed governor synchronously outputs a first overspeed signal and a second overspeed signal during overspeed; before braking, the second disc (4) rotates by a certain angle and drives the first disc (3) to trigger a switch on the rack (1) to output a second overspeed signal. The electronic speed governor is additionally provided with a disc for speed measurement and stopping, the speed measurement is realized by detecting the on-off state of the side wall of the disc through a proximity switch when the side wall passes through the disc, the electromagnet falls down to clamp the mechanical action of the disc during overspeed, and the disc rotates to trigger the lower switch to act after the mechanical action. And the overspeed electrical switch outputs simultaneously through the lower switch and the circuit board electronic switch, so that the reliability and the braking effect are better.
