The invention relates to the technical field of hybrid electric vehicles, and discloses a hybrid electric vehicle battery charge state correction method and device, a hybrid electric vehicle and a medium. By calculating a battery micro-dynamic discharge power boundary, a battery management system is controlled to switch the current battery discharge power boundary into the battery micro-dynamic discharge power boundary; the power consumption of a high-voltage loop of the battery thermal management system is changed into a difference value between the micro-dynamic discharge power boundary of the battery and the power consumption of the current DC-to-DC end, so that the battery of the hybrid vehicle meets a steady-state discharge condition, and the charge state of the battery can be corrected; the battery output performance, the non-driving power consumption and the energy matching management control are controlled through linkage of the battery management system and the thermal management system, a comfortable steady-state discharge scene is actively manufactured for the battery, the environmental condition for correcting the SOC of the battery can be efficiently achieved, then the precision of the SOC of the battery is improved, and the use performance of the battery and the stable operation of a vehicle are guaranteed.
