The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging load operation control method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the time-space charging electricity price of an electric vehicle through a pre-constructed electric vehicle charging load double-layer regulation and control model based on the related parameters of an electric vehicle charging load; determining the travel demand response amount of the electric vehicle according to the time-space charging electricity price of the electric vehicle; based on the travel demand response amount of the electric vehicle, solving a pre-constructed electric vehicle charging load double-layer regulation and control model to obtain the charging power of each charging station after responding to the charging electricity price; and the charging power of the charging station after responding to the charging electricity price is utilized to calculate the charging load data of the electric vehicle after responding to the charging electricity price, and the charging load of the electric vehicle is controlled based on the charging load data of the electric vehicle after responding to the charging electricity price. The electric vehicle can be effectively guided to be charged in order, the safety and economy of a power distribution network are improved, and the load space-time distribution balance is improved.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车充电负荷运行控制方法及装置,包括:基于电动汽车充电负荷的相关参数,利用预先构建的电动汽车充电负荷双层调控模型,获取电动汽车的时空充电电价;根据电动汽车的时空充电电价,确定电动汽车的出行需求响应量;基于电动汽车的出行需求响应量,对预先构建的电动汽车充电负荷双层调控模型求解,得到响应充电电价后的各充电站的充电功率;利用响应充电电价后的充电站的充电功率,计算得到响应充电电价后的电动汽车充电负荷数据,并基于响应充电电价后的电动汽车充电负荷数据控制电动汽车充电负荷。本发明能够有效引导电动汽车进行有序充电,提高配电网的安全经济性,提升负荷时空分布均衡性。
