The invention provides a thermal management control method of a driving system, electronic equipment and a vehicle. The thermal management control method of the driving system comprises the steps that a target cooling strategy is determined according to a first cooling strategy and a second cooling strategy; performing cooling control on the vehicle according to a target control parameter corresponding to the target cooling strategy; wherein the first cooling strategy is a strategy for determining a target control parameter based on speed information, and the second cooling strategy is a strategy for determining the target control parameter based on the associated temperature of the to-be-cooled component. The final target cooling strategy is determined according to the two different cooling strategies by referring to the environment temperature and the output power of the driving device, and cooling control is conducted on the vehicle according to the target control parameters corresponding to the target cooling strategy. Therefore, the purposes of reasonably optimizing heat management energy consumption, reasonably saving energy and improving the endurance mileage of the vehicle are achieved.
