The invention discloses an engineering machine and a motor displacement control method and system thereof. The motor displacement control method comprises the steps that the rope penetrating multiplying power of a hoisting mechanism, the layer number of a steel wire rope and the single-rope pulling force are obtained; according to the stringing multiplying power and the number of layers of the steel wire rope, the electrical unauthorized starting pressure of the hydraulic motor is obtained; obtaining an initial control current theoretical value of the hydraulic motor under the initial starting displacement according to the electrical unauthorized starting pressure, the single-rope tension of the steel wire rope and the number of layers of the steel wire rope; controlling the hydraulic motor to start according to the initial control current theoretical value; according to a corresponding control algorithm, the control current of the motor in the working process can dynamically change in real time along with the change of the single-rope tension and the layer number of the steel wire rope; the current actual working pressure of the hydraulic motor is obtained in real time in the working process; and the current control current of the hydraulic motor is corrected in real time according to the comparison result of the current actual working pressure and the electrical unauthorized starting pressure to form closed-loop control. The operation is simpler, and the response is quicker and more accurate.
