The invention discloses a variable displacement motor, a hydraulic system, engineering machinery and a motor control method, the variable displacement motor is integrated with a variable solenoid valve and a servo oil cylinder, an M port and a G port of the motor are connected with a pipeline, the pipeline is provided with a pipeline on-off control mechanism, and the pipeline on-off control mechanism adopts a normally open solenoid valve and is electromagnetically closed after being electrified; under the telescopic working condition of the telescopic arm, the variable electromagnetic valve is powered on, and the motor is at the minimum displacement; meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve is powered off, and the pressure of a port A or a port B of the motor reaches a port M through a port G and also acts on a rodless cavity of a servo oil cylinder of the motor; if the variable electromagnetic valve is powered off, the pressure of the port A or the port B of the motor can still reach the port M through the port G and acts on a rodless cavity of a servo oil cylinder of the motor, and the motor is always in the minimum displacement. The safety of the super-lift variable displacement motor can be improved, the operation risk of the crane is remarkably reduced, and the risk of outrigger damage caused by circuit faults is reduced.
本发明公开了一种变量马达、液压系统、工程机械及马达控制方法,所述变量马达集成有变量电磁阀和伺服油缸,在马达的M口和G口连接一条管路,在管路上设置有管路通断控制机构管路通断控制机构采用常开型电磁阀,得电后电磁关闭;在伸臂伸缩工况时,变量电磁阀得电,马达处在最小排量;同时,电磁阀失电,马达的A口或者B口的压力,通过G口到达M口,也作用在马达的伺服油缸的无杆腔上;如果变量电磁阀失电,马达的A口或者B口的压力仍然能通过G口到达M口,作用在马达的伺服油缸的无杆腔上,始终使马达处在最小排量。本发明能够提高超起变量马达的安全性,显著降低起重机的作业风险,减少因为电路故障带来的伸臂损坏的风险。
