The invention provides a large-section steel box girder turning tool which is characterized in that a group of telescopic hoop devices are adopted to firmly sleeve a steel box girder, and the group of telescopic hoop devices are placed according to the distance required by design; after the telescopic hoop wrapping device is fixed, the set of supporting stand columns are connected with the telescopic hoop wrapping device through the hinged lug plates, and the steel box girder is rotated through the lifting lugs on the opposite sides of the hinged lug plates; and after rotating by 90 degrees, the supporting stand column is rotated to the other side at the same time, then the steel box girder is slowly lowered, and 180-degree rotating is completed. The safety of the turning process is improved, the construction speed is high, turning of the steel box girder is achieved through turning of the telescopic hoop device, the possibility of collision, stress concentration and section deformation of the steel box girder in the turning process is avoided, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the steel box girder turning device can be widely applied to the production field of large-section steel box girders and the like and has wide application prospects. And compared with a traditional method of directly rotating the steel box girder body, the construction safety is improved, the construction speed is increased, and meanwhile, the splicing and welding quality is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种大断面钢箱梁翻身工装,采用一组可伸缩抱箍装置将钢箱梁套牢,一组可伸缩抱箍装置按照设计要求的间距进行放置;可伸缩包抱箍装置固定好后,一组支撑立柱通过铰接耳板与可伸缩抱箍装置链接,通过铰接耳板对侧的吊耳,对钢箱梁进行转体;待转体90°后将支撑立柱同时转至另一侧,然后缓慢下方钢箱梁,完成180°转体。利用此装置提高翻身过程的安全性,施工速度快,利用可伸缩抱箍装置翻转实现对钢箱梁的转体,避免翻身过程中对钢箱梁造成磕碰以及应力集中,发生截面变形的可能,保证施工质量,可广泛应用于大断面钢箱梁等生产领域,与传统直接对钢箱梁本体的转体相比,提高了施工安全性,加快了施工速度,同时保证了质量拼装焊接质量。
