The invention relates to a crawling type traction main engine which comprises a main engine base installed on a bearing steel beam of a hoistway machine room and further comprises a driving motor, a worm coaxially and fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor and a worm wheel connected with the worm in a matched mode. The main machine base is provided with a movement track with the same width as the lift car and a plurality of traction blocks arranged on the movement track in a sliding mode, and the traction blocks are connected through connecting pieces. According to the creeping type traction main machine, a self-locking worm and gear structure is adopted to achieve one-way transmission and amplification of output torque of a driving motor, distributed multi-point loads of a plurality of traction blocks are arranged on a track, the effective contact area of a steel wire rope is increased, the problem of local overload slippage is avoided, meanwhile, a movement track with the same width as a lift car is arranged in a matched mode, and the service life of the lift car is prolonged. The problem that an extra guide wheel is arranged to control the wrap angle of the traction rope to be too small is solved, the integration degree of the whole traction structure is higher, and reliable traction of the ultra-large lift car is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种爬行式曳引主机,包括安装在井道机房承重钢梁上的主机座,还包括驱动电机和与驱动电机输出轴同轴固定连接的蜗杆,以及与蜗杆匹配连接的蜗轮;主机座上设有与轿厢等宽的运动轨道和多个滑动设置在运动轨道上的曳引块,曳引块通过联结件相互连接。本发明所设计的爬行式曳引主机,采用自锁蜗轮蜗杆结构实现驱动电机输出转矩的单向传输放大,与轨道上设置多个曳引块的分布式多点载荷,增加钢丝绳有效接触面积,避免局部过载滑移问题,同时,匹配设置与轿厢等宽的运动轨道,取消了设置额外导向轮控制曳引绳包角过小的问题,使得整体曳引结构集成化程度更高,并实现了超大轿厢的可靠曳引。
