The invention relates to a vehicle anti-collision method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of intelligent driving. The method comprises the following steps: under the condition that a predicted trajectory of a vehicle comprises a collision point, performing deceleration processing on the vehicle based on the distance between the vehicle and the collision point; under the condition that the vehicle speed of the vehicle is smaller than or equal to the target vehicle speed, determining a target distance based on a distance sensor; and under the condition that the target distance is smaller than or equal to a distance threshold value, the vehicle is braked and stopped. Therefore, braking can be accurately and effectively carried out, and the collision probability is reduced.
