The invention discloses a high-voltage interlocking structure, a high-voltage controller and a new energy automobile. The high-voltage interlocking structure comprises an MCU unit, a photoelectric switch unit and a comparison unit. The photoelectric switch unit comprises a photoelectric sensor and a partition plate; the signal output end of the MCU unit sends a detection signal to the input end of the comparison unit through the photoelectric switch unit, the output end of the comparison unit is connected with the signal input end of the MCU unit, and the photoelectric switch unit is used for controlling on-off of the detection signal according to whether light emitted by the photoelectric sensor is blocked by the partition plate or not. The comparison unit is used for outputting different voltage signals according to on-off of the detection signals, and the MCU unit can compare the detection signals with the voltage signals and determine the connection state of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece according to the comparison result. According to the high-voltage interlocking structure, the function of an interlocking switch is achieved through photoelectric signals, and the high-voltage interlocking structure has the advantages of being high in vibration resistance, low in assembly tolerance requirement, simple in structure and the like.

    本发明公开了一种高压互锁结构、高压控制器和新能源汽车;其中,高压互锁结构包括MCU单元、光电开关单元和比较单元;光电开关单元包括光电传感器和隔板;MCU单元的信号输出端通过光电开关单元向比较单元的输入端发送检测信号,比较单元的输出端与MCU单元的信号输入端连接,光电开关单元用于根据光电传感器发射的光是否被隔板遮挡来控制检测信号通断,比较单元用于根据检测信号的通断输出不同的电压信号,MCU单元能够比较检测信号和电压信号,并根据比较结果确定第一连接件和第二连接件的连接状态。本发明的高压互锁结构采用光电信号来实现互锁开关的功能,具有抗振动性能力高、对装配公差要求低和结构简单等优点。
