The embodiment of the invention discloses a high-voltage interlocking circuit, a high-voltage interlocking system and a high-voltage interlocking detection method. A first detection input end of a triangular wave conversion module is connected with an input end of an interlocking loop, and a second detection input end of the triangular wave conversion module is connected with an output end of the interlocking loop; the triangular wave conversion module converts a first PWM signal received by the PWM signal receiving end into a triangular wave signal according to signals input by the first detection input end and the second detection input end; and the PWM wave conversion module outputs a second PWM signal generated by the triangular wave signal and a set voltage threshold value to the diagnosis module, and the diagnosis module can determine the fault type of the interlocking loop according to the duty ratio of the second PWM signal. According to the technical scheme, the diagnosis module can diagnose the fault type of the interlocking loop by only arranging one sampling input port, so that the fault diagnosis of the interlocking loop is easy to realize, the number of ports of the diagnosis module is reduced, and resources are saved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种高压互锁电路、系统和高压互锁检测方法,通过三角波转换模块的第一检测输入端连接互锁回路的输入端,第二检测输入端连接互锁回路的输出端,三角波转换模块根据第一检测输入端和第二检测输入端输入的信号,根据PWM信号接收端接收到的第一PWM信号转换为三角波信号;PWM波转换模块将三角波信号和设定电压阈值产生第二PWM信号输出至诊断模块,诊断模块可以根据第二PWM信号的占空比确定互锁回路的故障类型。本发明技术方案,诊断模块仅设置一个采样输入口即可实现对互锁回路的故障类型的诊断,使得对互锁回路的故障诊断容易实现,并且减少诊断模块的端口,节约资源。
