The invention relates to a power supply loop control method and device and a power supply loop, and relates to the technical field of power supply. The power supply loop comprises a first battery pack, a second battery pack, a connection control element and a loop control element, the control method comprises the following steps: controlling the on-off state of each control element in the connection control elements, so that the first battery pack and the second battery pack are in different target connection states; according to a target control strategy corresponding to the target connection state, the working state of the loop control element in the time sequence is controlled; wherein the time point for controlling the on-off state of the control element is before the time point for controlling the loop control element. By using the control method of the power supply loop provided by the invention, the working states of the connection control element and the loop control element on the time sequence are defined after the connection control element is added, so that the high-voltage power-on and power-off process is smoothly completed.
