本发明属于防冰涂料技术领域,具体涉及改性丙烯酸树脂及其制备方法和应用以及复合防冰涂料、复合防冰涂层及应用。本发明提供了一种有机氟硅烷基改性丙烯酸树脂通过7类反应单体得到的结构单元的配合,其中,有机氟链段提供低表面能特性,聚硅氧烷链段的以“分子刷”的状态游离在涂层表面,为表面提供疏水、润滑和防止或延迟结冰的功能,异冰片酯、新癸酸酯等大侧基结构单体为涂层提供刚柔相济机械性能。由此,本发明提供的复合防冰涂料经室温与多异氰酸酯固化剂固化后,具有表面能低、耐沾污性强、疏水性好、摩擦系数小、漆膜致密、硬度高、柔韧性好和冰附着强度小的特点,适合应用于飞机蒙皮防冰。
