Main engine cylinder sleeve water is sprayed in the double-layer structure of the sail rotor, efficient heat exchange between air and the main engine cylinder sleeve water is achieved through strong convection between the outer wall face of the sail rotor and air when the sail rotor rotates at a high speed, the main engine cylinder sleeve water spirally descends, the disturbance effect is improved, and the heat exchange efficiency is further improved. In addition, the rotary drum sail is reasonably used as heat exchange equipment, compared with a cooling system with seawater as a cold source, corrosion and filth blockage of the heat exchange equipment and pipelines caused by the seawater are avoided, frequent maintenance of the equipment is not needed, and good practical value is achieved.

    本发明在船舶技术领域提出了一种基于旋筒风帆的主机缸套水冷却系统,包括旋筒风帆、风帆转子、风帆中轴、下水孔、轴承、加强筋、喷水管、顺时针喷水嘴、逆时针喷水嘴、电磁阀、收集水箱、回水泵、供水泵、温控三通阀和温包。本发明将主机缸套水喷洒在风帆转子的双层结构中,利用风帆转子在高速旋转时外壁面与空气的强对流,实现空气与主机缸套水的高效换热,并且主机缸套水呈螺旋式下降,增大扰动效果,进一步的提高了换热效率。另外,本发明合理利用了旋筒风帆作为换热设备,相比于以海水作为冷源的冷却系统,避免了海水对换热设备及管道造成腐蚀及脏堵,且不需要经常对设备进行维护,具有良好的实用价值。
