The invention discloses a rotary cylinder sail device with rotor wings, and relates to the technical field of sails, the rotary cylinder sail device comprises a fixing device, the upper end of the fixing device is fixedly connected with a bottom device, and the upper end of the center of the bottom device is fixedly connected with a supporting device. A rotor wing control system, namely a digital servo system, is arranged to transmit a signal of an aerovane to a PLC control system in a controller, and the PLC control system sends out an instruction according to a set wind direction-angle program; and then a plurality of motors I, gears I, gear rings II, auxiliary blocks and connecting blocks are controlled to drive the rotor wings to rotate to proper positions so as to play a role in guiding or rectifying airflow, so that the problem that turbulent flow is often generated in the leeward direction of the rotary cylinder sail when the existing rotary cylinder sail runs is solved; and the generated turbulent flow can influence the pressure difference between the high-pressure area and the low-pressure area of the rotary cylinder sail, so that the thrust provided by the rotary cylinder sail under the Magnus effect is inevitably reduced, and the oil-saving function of the rotary cylinder sail is reduced to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种带有旋翼的旋筒帆装置,涉及风帆技术领域,包括固定装置,所述固定装置上端固定连接有底部装置,所述底部装置中心处上端固定连接有支撑装置。本发明通过设置旋翼控制系统即数字伺服系统将把风向风速仪的信号传到控制器内的PLC控制系统,PLC控制系统将按照设定好的风向‑角度程序发出指令,进而将控制多个电机一、齿轮一、齿圈二、辅助块、连接块带动旋翼转到合适的位置起到对气流导流或者整流的作用,从而解决了现今的旋筒帆在运行时常常会在旋筒帆背风向产生紊流,而产生的紊流则会影响到旋筒帆高压和低压区的压力差,进而则不可避免的减小马格努斯效应下的旋筒帆所提供的推力,进而一定程度上降低了旋筒帆节油功能性的问题。
