The invention discloses a fixed-point power generation control method for a tandem type hybrid electric vehicle, which specifically comprises the following steps: S1, fixed-point power generation control strategy activation judgment: activating a fixed-point power generation strategy when a certain condition is met, and preventing energy management of the whole vehicle from being started when the state of the whole vehicle or the states of other parts are not suitable; when a whole vehicle driving mode is in a range extending mode, a battery low-temperature protection strategy is not activated, and meanwhile, a fixed-point power generation strategy is activated when other related conditions are met. After the power generation power of the APU is activated in a fixed-point power generation strategy, the APU is enabled to work at a constant power generation power point and a relatively low power generation power interval as much as possible, and relatively high noise and vibration caused by engine operation are reduced, so that the NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) performance of the whole vehicle in a range extending driving mode is improved, and the service life of the whole vehicle is prolonged. And in addition, the fixed-point power generation strategy enables more working points of the engine to fall in the optimal efficiency interval, and the fuel economy of the whole vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开了串联式混合动力电动汽车定点发电控制方法,具体包括以下步骤:步骤S1,定点发电控制策略激活判断:定点发电策略在满足一定条件下才会激活,防止在整车状态或其他零部件状态不适合时启用对整车能量管理,零部件保护造成影响,当整车驱动模式处于增程模式下,且电池低温保护策略未激活,同时其他相关条件都满足时才激活定点发电策略。对于APU的发电功率在定点发电策略激活后,采取尽可能的让APU工作在恒定发电功率点,且相对较低的发电功率区间,降低发动机运转带来的较大噪声和振动,以此来提升整车在增程驱动模式下的NVH表现,另外定点发电策略会让发动机的工作点更多的落在最优效率区间,有助于提升整车的燃油经济性。
