The invention discloses a tandem type hybrid power total power following control method which has the main design concept that closed-loop control is carried out by collecting information such as the rotating speed and torque of an engine, the rotating speed, torque and current of a generator, the rotating speed, torque and current of a driving motor and the like, and power compensation is carried out on the real-time power of a whole vehicle in combination with SOC deviation. The compensated whole vehicle power requirement is corrected by combining PID adjustment of battery current and voltage, and finally the corrected range extender correction power is corrected in real time again by combining power generation efficiency, so that the target power of the range extender is obtained. The power response characteristic and stability of the range extender assembly are effectively improved, and the power generation efficiency of the range extender is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种串联式混合动力总成功率跟随控制方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,通过采集发动机转速、扭矩、发电机转速、扭矩、电流、驱动电机转速、扭矩、电流等信息进行闭环控制,并结合SOC偏差对整车实时功率进行功率补偿,结合电池电流电压的PID调节对补偿后的整车功率需求进行修正,最后结合发电效率对修正后的增程器校正功率再次进行实时修正,从而得到增程器目标功率。本发明有效提高了增程器总成的功率响应特性及稳定性,并显著改善了增程器的发电效率。
