The invention discloses an unloading valve for a full-hydraulic brake system, the unloading valve is fixedly installed on an engineering vehicle main engine and located near a brake, the unloading valve comprises a valve body, an oil inlet seat and a valve core, the valve body is internally provided with a first cavity, a second cavity and a release cavity, the valve element is arranged in the first cavity in a sliding mode and divides the first cavity into a pressure oil cavity and an oil-free cavity in a sealed mode, the oil inlet seat is fixedly arranged at the outward end of the pressure oil cavity and is provided with an unloading valve oil inlet, the pressure oil cavity is communicated with full-hydraulic braking system pressure oil through the unloading valve oil inlet, the oil-free cavity is communicated with the release cavity, and the release cavity is communicated with the valve element. The valve element is provided with a left position state and a right position state. The brake is provided with the release cavity, when braking of a vehicle is relieved, the release cavity is communicated with a brake oil way, meanwhile, the spring resets to disconnect the oil inlet cavity, back pressure in the brake is eliminated, slight negative pressure is generated, the pressure in the brake is released immediately, and a friction plate and a brake disc are completely disengaged.
本发明公开了一种用于全液压制动系统的卸荷阀,卸荷阀固定安装于工程车辆主机上且位于制动器附近,所述卸荷阀包括阀体、进油座和阀芯,所述阀体内部设置有第一空腔、第二空腔和释放腔,所述阀芯滑动设置于第一空腔中且将第一空腔密封隔离为压力油腔和无油腔,所述进油座固定设置于压力油腔朝外一端且开设有卸荷阀进油口,所述压力油腔通过卸荷阀进油口与全液压制动系统压力油连通,所述无油腔与释放腔连通,所述阀芯设置有左位和右位两种状态。本发明设置有释放腔,在车辆解除制动时,释放腔与制动器油路连通,同时,弹簧复位断开了进油腔,消除制动器内背压并产生稍许负压,使制动器内的压力得到立即释放,使摩擦片与制动盘完全脱开。
