The invention discloses a distributed full-hydraulic electro-hydraulic braking system and method. The distributed full-hydraulic electro-hydraulic braking system is composed of a liquid storage tank, an energy accumulator, a pressure sensor, a pressure control valve, a simulation cylinder, a two-position three-way electromagnetic valve, a pedal travel sensor, a manual cylinder, a braking pipeline, a wheel brake, a one-way valve, an electro-hydraulic pump and a braking controller. The system is provided with the energy accumulator, so that the system has a redundant backup function and is high in safety. When the brake controller fails, as long as the electric hydraulic pump can work normally, braking force can be output and controlled normally. Once a controller of a common electro-hydraulic brake fails, the common electro-hydraulic brake can only be braked manually. Due to the fact that the electric hydraulic pump can work continuously, the brake not only can be used for passenger vehicles with small displacement, but also can be used for commercial vehicles with large displacement. According to the invention, anti-lock braking (ABS) and vehicle body stability control (ESC) can be realized by simply adjusting the thrust of the electromagnet, complex electromagnetic valve opening or PWM control is not needed, and the control method has the advantages of simple control and low cost.

    本发明公开了一种分布式全液压电液制动系统及方法,由储液罐、蓄能器、压力传感器、压力控制阀、模拟缸、两位三通电磁阀、踏板行程传感器、人力缸、制动管路、车轮制动器、单向阀、电动液压泵和制动控制器构成。本发明由于具有蓄能器,因此具有冗余备份功能,安全性高。在制动控制器失效时,只要电动液压泵能正常工作,就能正常输出和控制制动力。而普通的电液制动器一旦控制器失效,就只能通过人力来制动。由于电动液压泵能连续工作,因此制动器不但能用于排量小的乘用车,还能用于排量大的商用车。本发明通过简单地调节电磁铁的推力就能实现制动防抱死(ABS)和车身稳定控制(ESC),不需要复杂的电磁阀开度或PWM控制,具有控制简单、成本低优点。
