The invention discloses a multi-stage control method for preventing a battery from being overcharged for an extended-range electric vehicle, and the specific control strategy is as follows: when an APU is in a running state, whether the battery is overcharged or not is judged by monitoring the actual charging current Iact of the battery, the bus voltage V and the allowable charging peak power Pchrgpeak of the battery sent to a bus by a battery management system (hereinafter referred to as BMS); the actual charging power Pchrgact of the battery is equal to Iact * V, and when Pchrgact-Pchrgpeak is smaller than or equal to 5kW, it is indicated that the actual recharging current of the current battery is close to the allowable capacity of the battery. Aiming at the problem that the generated power is reduced too slowly in APU conventional control, working conditions are identified from the control strategy of the whole vehicle control unit, battery overcharge is closely monitored, when the battery has an overcharge trend, preliminary overcharge and serious overcharge, different control strategies are adopted for hierarchical control, the control response speed is increased step by step, and the power generation efficiency is improved. Therefore, the overcharge situation of the battery is fully suppressed.

    本发明公开了增程式电动汽车防止电池过充多级控制方法,具体控制策略如下:当APU处于运转状态时,通过监控电池实际充电电流Iact和母线电压V以及电池管理系统(以下简称“BMS”)发到总线上的电池允许充电峰值功率Pchrgpeak,来判断电池是否有过充,电池实际充电功率Pchrgact=Iact*V,当Pchrgact‑Pchrgpeak≤5kW时,说明当前电池实际回充电流已经逼近其允许的能力。本发明针对APU常规控制出现的降发电功率过慢问题,从整车控制单元控制策略出发对工况进行辨识,针对电池过充进行密切监控,当电池出现过充趋势,初步过充,以及严重过充,分别采取不同控制策略进行分级控制,逐级提升控制响应速度,以实现对电池过充态势的充分遏制。
