The invention discloses a control method for preventing low-temperature overcharge of a battery of an extended-range electric vehicle. The control method comprises the following steps that S10, high-voltage read is carried out on the whole vehicle; step S20, judging whether the driver selects an REV mode or not, if so, enabling the driver to shift into a D gear to control the vehicle to advance, and then transferring to the step S30, and if not, driving in a default EV mode; s30, the VCU calculates a real-time generated power demand to the GCU according to the states of the battery, the electric drive and the high-voltage accessory; and step S40, judging whether the battery cell temperature is less than or equal to 3 DEG C and the battery charging peak power limit value is less than or equal to 3 kW through the VCU, if so, enabling the VCU to maximally request the range extender power generation power limit value to be greater than-30 kW (the power generation power is a negative value), then transferring to step S50, and if not, enabling the VCU to keep a normal range extender power request. The range extender can quickly reduce the power generation power, so that the effect that the service life of the battery and the driving experience are affected by overcharge of the battery is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车防止电池低温过充控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S10,整车上高压ready;步骤S20,判断驾驶员是否选择REV模式,若是则使驾驶员挂入D挡控制车辆前进,再转移至步骤步骤S30,若否则默认EV模式驾驶;步骤S30,VCU根据电池、电驱和高压辅件状态计算实时的发电功率需求给GCU;步骤S40,通过VCU判断电芯温度是否小于等于3℃,且电池充电峰值功率限值小于等于3kW,若是则使VCU最大请求增程器发电功率限值大于‑30kW(发电功率为负值),再转移至S50,若否则使VCU保持正常的增程器功率请求。本发明能够实现増程器快速降低发电功率,以此避免电池过充影响电池寿命和驾驶体验的效果。
