The invention discloses a battery thermal management system and method based on a heat pump and a new energy automobile, and the system comprises a battery pack integration module, a heat pump air-conditioning module, a motor control module, a passenger compartment heating and refrigeration module and a heat pipe circulation module which are disposed in a battery pack housing. The heat pump air conditioner module is connected with the motor control module through a heat exchanger and used for controlling the temperature of a motor. The new energy vehicle power battery cooling and heating device has the beneficial effects that through the heating mode of the heat pump air conditioner module, the new energy vehicle power battery can be cooled and heated, and the heating and cooling efficiency of the new energy vehicle power battery is high; through the one-way heat exchange principle, the working temperature range of the motor is guaranteed, the working efficiency of the motor in a high-temperature or low-temperature mode is improved, three heating modes are adopted for the passenger compartment, heating is rapid and adjustable, and the riding comfort of passengers is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于热泵及新能源汽车电池热管理系统及其方法,包括安装于电池组壳体内的电池包集成模块、热泵空调模块、电机控制模块、乘客舱加热制冷模块和热管循环模块,所述热泵空调模块通过换热器与所述电机控制模块连接,用于控制电机温度。有益效果:通过热泵空调模块加热方式,既能对新能源车动力电池冷却也能对新能源车动力电池加热、对新能源车动力电池加热和冷却的效率高;通过单向热交换原理,保证了电机的工作温度范围,提高了电机在高温或者低温模式下的工作效率,对乘客舱采用三种加热模式,加热不仅快速而且可调,保证了乘客乘坐的舒适性。
